AI agents that do the work and wait for your sign-off

I’m Filip, and I build AI agents that draft the work for the tools your team already uses, such as Asana and HubSpot. Nothing is created or sent until you approve it.

Two portfolio projects, not client work.

Delivery coordinator
about 6,800 automated tests, run on every change
EU AI Act assistant
245 automated tests, scored on 36 questions labelled by hand

Live demo: the coordinator drafts a plan for a made-up client, then waits for you

new request from Willow & Stone Bakery

We open a second shop in five weeks and need signage, printed invitations, local social ads and an opening-day offer on our website. Logo and photos are ready.

Two projects, built to production standards

Each claim sits next to its source.

keel / delivery coordinator / plan screen
The coordinator's plan screen for a demo client, Willow and Stone Bakery. A draft plan for a grand-opening campaign, version 2, edited by a person, with an amber banner reading 9 warnings to check before approval and buttons to edit the plan, approve it or decline the project. Below it, tasks are grouped under milestones with owners, durations and dates.

AI service delivery coordinator

A client request comes in and a Planning agent drafts the project plan. A person edits and approves it. Only then is the project created in Asana and the client and deal in HubSpot. Dates, forecasts and step order are plain Python; the model only interprets and drafts.

~6,800automated tests

Plus 85 that click through the app in a real browser. All of them run on every change.

EU AI Act compliance assistant

Every sentence of an answer cites the provision it came from, or the assistant refuses plainly when the Act does not support one. Citations are checked in code after the model answers, not taken on trust.

245automated tests

They run with no internet connection or API key, so anyone can rerun them from the public code.

Each marked with the passages that answer it. Search is scored against them.

services and prices

What I build

Prices are starting points. After reading your brief I send a price range. See how pricing works.

process

How a project runs

  1. you send

    Brief

A short brief from you. I reply within two working days with a rough scope, a price range and whether AI is the right tool at all.

  2. paid · €500

    Scoping

A short piece of work at a fixed €500 that tests the riskiest part on your real material and ends in a written scope with a fixed price. If you go ahead, the €500 is deducted from the build.

  3. you approve

    Build in small steps

Small increments you can see working, with a demo every one to two weeks. Nothing is created in or sent from your tools until you approve it.

  4. delivered

    Handover

The code in your own repository, with its tests, evals and documentation. Yours to run, change or hand to another developer.
